Every journey we organise is entirely private. The vehicle you book is reserved exclusively for your party, meaning you will never have to share the space with passengers from other groups.
Clear vehicle pricing
Our rates apply to the complete vehicle rather than counting individual passengers. The price for your journey is agreed in writing before you travel, so you know the exact cost of your trip well in advance. This rate remains fixed once confirmed in writing, ensuring there are no unexpected surprises when you arrive.
If you wish to upgrade your journey, you can select an Antalya VIP transfer. This service uses the Mercedes-Benz Vito VIP, which comes equipped with leather lounge seating and on-board Wi-Fi, operating under the same exclusive, private terms.
Meeting your driver
After collecting your luggage and passing through customs, please make your way to Welcome desk No:36 Hana Travel. Our representative will be waiting there holding a placard with your name on it. They will then guide you directly to your waiting vehicle.
Our team keeps an eye on your flight schedule. If your plane lands later than expected, your driver will adjust their schedule to match your actual arrival time. You do not need to worry about being left behind if your flight is delayed, as we ensure a driver is there when you land.
Child seats and safety
We supply safety seats suitable for children of all ages, from infants to older children. If you require these, please let us know when you make your booking. Child seats are a paid option, meaning the cost for each seat is added to the total agreed price of your journey before you travel.
Making changes or cancelling
If your travel plans change, or if you need to cancel your booking, please write to us as soon as possible. We handle all amendments and cancellations manually through our office. Simply send us an email or message with your booking details, and our team will update your reservation and confirm the changes in writing.
When writing to us to modify your booking, please include:
- Your original booking reference
- The lead passenger name
- The specific details you need to update
