What makes a VIP transfer different?
For a VIP transfer we send a Mercedes-Benz Vito VIP. The rear cabin has leather lounge seats instead of standard bench rows, and there is Wi-Fi on board, so you can answer messages or plan the next day on the way. Everything else works as with any of our private transfers: the driver meets you at Welcome desk No:36 Hana Travel, your flight is tracked and the price per vehicle is fixed in writing beforehand. It suits a honeymoon, a business trip or a long drive to Kaş or Fethiye.Do you drive to Kaş, Fethiye or Pamukkale?
Yes, the Lycian coast and inland routes are part of our network. From Antalya Airport, Kaş is about 190 km and roughly 2 hours 45 minutes on the road, Kalkan 210 km, Fethiye 300 km and around four hours, Ölüdeniz a little further, and Pamukkale 330 km, just over four hours inland. On drives this long you can ask for a short rest stop for coffee, food or the toilet; mention it when you book or simply tell the driver. With small children on a long route, the VIP Vito or the Vito minivan gives everyone more room.
Booking
Will I receive a written confirmation?
Yes, always. Once the details are agreed we send a confirmation by e-mail or WhatsApp listing the date and time, the pickup and drop-off addresses, the vehicle type, the number of passengers, any child seats, the fixed price and how it will be paid, plus the meeting point and a phone number for the day. Please read it carefully. If anything is wrong, such as a misspelled hotel name or an incorrect flight number, tell us straight away so the driver works from the right information.
Paying
How do I pay for the transfer?
The payment method is stated in your written booking confirmation. Depending on what we agree, you settle the price with the driver on the day or pay in another way arranged in advance. The amount is always the fixed price for the vehicle that we confirmed before the trip; it does not grow because of slow traffic or a late landing. If you need an invoice in a company name or would like to pay in a particular way, mention it when you book and we confirm in writing what is possible.
Luggage & kids
Can you provide child seats?
Yes, for every age: rear-facing seats for babies, seats for toddlers and boosters for older children. They are a paid extra, added to the agreed price of the transfer and shown in your written confirmation. When you book, tell us how many children are travelling and their ages or approximate weights, so the driver brings the right seats and fits them before you get in. If you prefer to bring your own seat, that works too; just mention it so we keep room for it.
